Hi anyone!
Now that my laptop has crashed, and now that I have managed to save it by using the restore disk, and therfore minus all documents etc, how do I retrieve my backup from norton 360?
I know that I did the backup in the last two weeks, but I don't know how to retrieve it. Just managed to get norton going again, because this laptop thinks its brand new and just gave me a free 3 month trial!
I accessed a page that recognises my previous norton purchase, but where's my data?
