The Reputation Scan was removed from version 21 and the Repair Tool Option (NPE) was added.

 Thanks Yanks...You mean that isn"t Norton Power Eraser...... It says Under SCANS Norton Power Eraser radio button !! to run a Norton Power Eraser Scan I have version 21.1.0.18...What is the Repair Tool Option and I'm still getting Reputation Scan Updates........Thanks,,,,,,,,Gorpy1

Hi GORPY1,

 

What you can do is open N360 > Tasks and Run Norton Insight.  If will show the results for All Running Processes.  You can then change the drop-down to All Files and it will run again.

 

This will reduce you scan times as well.

 Thanks Krusty 13 So that's how you run a Reputation Scan on NSS360 (Comcast's version), It says it still skipped a large % of files, However it worked. A little different than NIS,,,,,,,,,,,,,Thanks,,,,,Gorpy1

Those 'Skipped' files are what will be skipped when your scan runs.  :smileywink:

Sorry, Gorpy1 - I was referring to under SCANS - thanks Krusty13 for keeping me straight! Yes, the Reputation Scan Option under SCANS was replaced by the NPE Repair Tool Option was a term used in the early stages of development of that function within the v 21 products - sorry for the confusion.
