How to start a chat or find a phone number to call?

The web interface for Norton Support has no way to either start a chat or to find a phone number to call.

Initiate a chat screen has lots of buttons for clarification of problem, but none actually launch chat.

Phone numbers to call screen offers advice about best time of day to call, but no actual phone numbers.

What browser?  What have you tried?  How may I reproduce non-actionable "My issue isn't listed above" on NortonLifeLock Member Services pages?

Please, try as test, turn off all browser content blocker/s like ads blocker, scripts blockers, tracking prevention, etc.,.. either thru browser extensions or built-in browser features. 
Please, try as test, with all browser content blocker/s off + clearing browser cookies n' cache.  
Secure sites may need to fully load all page content for proper function.
