How to stop Norton from opening up without me initiating it

Norton keeps opening up for no reason and I did not initiate it. Why is this happening and how to stop it.

Product & version number: 26.8.11125 (build 26.8.11125.0)

OS details: Windows 11 Home

fwiw ~ my understanding:
Norton released a backend fix for the Automatic UI Opening issue. Please run LiveUpdate and Restart the system to get the fix applied.
