How to submit a report on error file generated by the Norton Insight!!!!

Hi,

 

One of the customer submitted an error report of the Norton Insight, which shows CCSVCHOST.exe file have some problem..

 

How can I forward this file to the Norton Technical Team.. Also, how can I educate the customer about the issue has been escalated...

 

Note: I am new to Norton Community and the Symantec Guidelines for an Employee, So please give me suggestions...
