Issue abstract: The green SMS check does not appear even though monitoring is turned on
Detailed description: I have gone through all of the steps to turn on SMS monitoring on my iPhone 15 but when I look at the menu of items turned on SMS does not have a green check. I have included two screenshots: The first is the screen where there’s no checkmark next to SMS and the second is from IOS settings that shows I have enabled the functionality. Is it turned on? If not, hoow can I get help?
