This may sound silly but I don't have another mobile handy. I tried using my providers email text feature to activate text features but it did not work. Can anyone suggest easily accessible and hopefully free option to text activate security when needed? TIA....
Is your phone locked now?
Obviously it appears you need another mobile device to send a text to the missing phone. You can also send the commands from the Mobile Security web site. So if you do not have access to another phone, you will need to use the web interface to control the phone. https://mobilesecurity.norton.com
