For certain reasons I've had to set up a new Windows User Account (Win 7 64-bit). I've transferred all the relevant folders from C:/Users/[user]/AppData from the old Windows account to the new one. I can't see any Norton folders in there.
How do I move my Identity Safe data from one account to another? I tried backing up the data in the old Windows user account to a file then went to the new Windows user account and tried to recover it from backup but NIS says that "another user account is managing NIS" (or something similar) so I can't change the settings.
Can anyone help me with this?
