I bought a 3pc package. Used one on desktop, one on laptop.
At this point "remaining licenses" is 1. That is right.
Uninstalled NIS 2011 from laptop, while it was connected to internet.
Reboot.
Check mynortonaccount.com and "remaining licenses" is STILL only 1: that is WRONG.
Is there any way to get the count corrected, back up to TWO where it belongs??
