How to turn off notification "Your PC's Performance is being slowed down"?

Issue abstract: How do I turn off the notification “Your PC’s Performance is being slowed down”? This is deceptive and is tricking family users to click on it. There needs to be a setting to disable this!!!

The only setting your can use to try to stop messages is Settings > Notifications tab and turn off "Send me promotional notifications.

Other than that, Norton now seems to be run by the marketing department and they have hard coded these upsell popups.

I have that setting off and I still get those pop ups. I am going to request a refund as this is as bad as spam calls and texts.

Its because Norton are a scamware company - this is what they do.
