On my mom's Windows 10 (x64) system, with Norton Security, I installed a "Windows Store" app HD HomeRun View. When I ran it, Norton popped up saying it had been automatically blocked (well, rather it then said I had blocked it, which I had not.) I open the alert but no actions (such as Unblock) are available. Ok, so I go into the Firewall settings, Program Control and look for the program it blocked. Not there. I then try to add a rule for it, but Windows won't let me browse into the WindowsApps folder to find it (the alert gives the full path to the program), and I seem unable to relax the security to allow Norton to see the folder.
I consider myself a Norton "power user", but this has me stumped. How do I allow this program to access the network?
