How to Uninstall IDSafe on Mac?

Hello All,

I cannot find an uninstall solution for ID Safe. I've checked the FAQ's, done a search in the forums and on the web.

I want it completely removed from my system. Can anyone help?

 

OSX 10.8.3, Safari.
