I have been using norton 360 product with three users license. Recently I have purchased a new laptop and I want to use one existing user license to this new laptop ( no need it for old laptop anymore ). Is this possible ? then how to do it ?
I have logged in my account and removed license for my old device. But, I am unable to uninstall the software from old laptop since it's not functioning anymore. When I enter the product key to the new laptop, it gives below error.
The Product Key entered is not valid for this product. (12301)
Please help me to solve this issue.
