I renewed my Norton subscription. Attempted to login to my account and could not recall password. My existing account has old (no longer available) email address. In frustration, created new account, but it does not show my recent subscription update. Found my old account data, logged in and my new subscription is there. However, want to correct email address in my old account but now there is a new account with that address.
Bottom line, I want to delete a redundant account - how do I do that?
Any help will be appreciated.
