How will Norton Security with Backup work after Symantec splits?

Once Symantec splits into a Security company and a Storage company, then how will users of Norton Security with Backup get proper customer support?

If a product purchased from a Security company backups up ones data to a DIFFERENT company that handles Storage, then what will the end user do if they have a problem .... and (more importantly) how will the end user avoid being told "that's not our company's problem, contact the other company"?

Will Norton Security with Backup even remain a product (given that it appears to involve both the Security and Storage sides of the split)?

Yes, I know that the answer to these (and many similar) questions will most likely not be available for many months.

But customers need to think about questions like these before making a purchase decision.
