Have recently installed Safety minder on all 3 PCs (2 XP, 1 vista). I now cannot use my HSBC business internet banking properly - i can log on but not process any transactions without uninstalling SM from that PC. Was using IE8 - installed Firefox 3.5.3 but same issue exists on XP and vista machine. Bank helpline suggested some setting changes but only thing that fixes it is the SM uninstall. Is there a way to use both - otherwise will have to dispense with the SM as can't do without the banking.
Also kids PC has managed to disable the SM itself and no longer monitors activity. Not yet had chance to investigate - but SM is sadly so far not looking like a product that will suit our family.

I am only logging in to the adult, unmonitored, windows accounts on the XP or vista machines when I have the problem. The children don't have administrator rights nor know logon name/password so I have no idea how their machine was disabled.
