I get "HTTP Malicious Toolkit Variant Activity 2" too when I access mediafire(not everytime).
Is this a false positive cause I didn't get this before(like a week ago) .

Yes, NIS2010 blocked this threat from mediafire.

If it is being blocked by Norton there should not be an issue unless you are seeing strange things happening on your PC.
You may want to contact the site you are downloading from and let them know you are getting Malware indications from their site.
You could check the site's safety rating by going to safeweb.norton.com and entering the site address there to see what comes up.
