Hi again, at last i figure up this problem. You just need to reinstall your VGA driver. All things will be back to normal. Who ever face this problem can solve it now when upgrading your N.I.S product. Anyway thanks to Floating_Red and also Phil_D.
Please use the Norton Removal Tool. This will un-install all Norton Products; however, you do get to re-install your Norton Security Product after re-start after using the N.R.T.; a Windows Internet Explorer Window should come up upon start-up with a Web Page on re-installing your Norton Security Product.
I provided the Steps that you should have followed to aviod Problems.
1. Be sure you have run the latest Live Update from Norton.
2. Download and install the FREE version of Malwarebytes - be sure to update it.
3. Download and install Spybot - make sure to get updates.
4. Once you have the updates and downloads that you need, physically disconnect from the internet (pull the plug).
5. Restart in Safe Mode.
6. Turn OFF System Restore - this will erase all previous restore points.
7. Run a Full System Scan with NIS2007
8. Run Malwarebytes and then run Spybot.
9. You may have to repeat all of the above scans a few times.
10. Try to start in normal mode and observe what happens; another set of scans may be required.
11. If you think you have cleaned out the problem, reconnect to the internet.
Once you have corrected the problem, I would recommend updating (free) to NIS 2008 here.
