http://proxy.allsearchapp.com/app/start/ VIRUS causing problems with browsers

http://proxy(dot)allsearchapp(dot)com/app/start/   is on my browsers --- any idea how CLEAR THIS  malware??

I am on win 8 wiith firefox and Chrome----   Norton has not cleard it Yet????

 

 

I have use Norton Power Eraser also....
