Hi I have successfully installed the Norton Family on my child device Huawei MatePad SE. Everything seems fine. However when my child requested for additional hours, the alert is sent to the parent’s phone but I can’t do anything to approve the extension. Please advise.

Please check the below steps to take action on alerts.

  1. Open Norton Family parental control app in Parent mode.
  2. Go to the Alerts tab at the bottom.
  3. For alerts that you can take an action, slide towards the left to view the options and then tap one of them to take the appropriate action.
