i've had norton virus software on my computer for a while and have forgotten the password to my account. i have forgotten it several times, the first time i forgot my password Norton virus or symatec sent me a temporary password, but now i seem to not get any of the temporary passwords. i am very sure my username (my email address) is correct as symatec sends me the billing each year of the renewal. is there solutions to my problem?
