Pythion:I've been using Norton firewall/antivirus software since 2007 I think, back then the only option for me was to pay in US dollars and now they silently suspended services, no email in my inbox, I had to Google this. Online Chat support says that in order to resolved my issue I need to go to norton.com website? If you want to play political games fine - JUST GIVE ME BACK MY FRIGGING MONEY!
Norton - you lost a customer, do you also want to lost a legal case against you? You can't take money and stop the services unless you are a criminal of course. Your reputation is ruined forever.
Are you also from Russia?
If not, your issue is different from the OP.

Does not protect against new viruses! So it doesn't work! If you do not return the money, then you took it from me! If you took them from me, then you robbed me! And those who rob me are responsible to the fullest extent of wartime! Say thanks to Biden and Europe, we'll be coming for our money soon! But the Russian soldier is noble and we will take ours! We do not need someone else's, we have enough of yours! )))

Export control compliance information for your existing product and service
In order to comply with export control regulations, we are suspending all new sales of NortonLifeLock products and services in Russia and Belarus. Here are answers to some common questions about this regulation. Why did NortonLifeLock decide to suspend new sales in Russia and Belarus?
All new sales of NortonLifeLock products and services in Russia and Belarus have been suspended in order to comply with export control regulations. Why did NortonLifeLock disable auto-renewal for existing customers? I have an active product.
In order to comply with export control regulations and extensive payment restrictions, your subscription has been renewed for the next 90 days at no additional cost to you.As an existing customer, can I reinstall the product if it does not work (e.g. due to a technical error)?
No. Under applicable export control regulations, reinstalling a product will be considered a "software update" that we are not currently allowed to provide to our existing customers in Russia and Belarus. As an existing client, what options do I have if my computer is infected?
The Norton product and protection definitions installed on your computer will continue to work as is with the downloaded version. However, new security definitions or updates will not be delivered to you because they are "software updates" that are not allowed by current export control regulations. We will also not be able to provide you with support if your device is hacked due to any virus or malware. As an existing customer, can I use all the features I am entitled to?
Yes. Existing customers will still have access to their products.I previously purchased the product but did not activate it. Can I activate it?
No. Activation of previously purchased products is not currently allowed. As an existing customer, can I get a refund because I'm not happy with the product or experience?
In order to process a refund, we will need to check you for applicable sanctions lists, as well as determine a valid method of reimbursement. Given the extensive payment restrictions in Russia and Belarus, we will not be able to effectively provide you with a refund at this time.DOCID: v20220310154540384
