I am looking for a list of virus and their characteristics on the official Norton site

I have spent a couple of hours asking Norton support for a URL on the Norton site that details all known virus/malware/worms and their characteristics. The advice was to Google them. Very frustrated.

Does anyone know where the information is available on the official Norton site?

I am sure what I am looking for used to be a ‘thing’ or am I misremembering?

There was a virus database and what its characteristics are when Norton and Symantec were one in the same. Since their split and sale of Symantec to Broadcom all those databases have been disabled and/or taken down. Wikipedia is about all that is out there that doesn’t require a subscription of some sort.
