Currently using Windows 8 with Norton 360. Can't seem to stop popup adds no matter what the browser settings are. It is really frustrating. Is there something I can do?

It would appear that you have been infected. The best way to eliminate infections of any kind is to choose one of the free sites listed and work with one of the trained volunteers there to get the job done right the first time.
