Thanks for the reply. However it really didnt help. The website my child was prohibited from visiting was mediadownloads.walmart.com/opencase/CSMDefault because it contains content associated with "Blacklist"
What the heck does this mean? How do I get rid of what the issue is? I am getting a million of these warnings and she is not even on the computer. What causes this to happen and how can I stop it?

Could you try one thing for me.
Could you uninstall the current version that is on you child's machine, and then go to onlinefamily.norton.com and click the download link on the main page.
Click either save or run and install the latest version.
Please report back how things are looking after that.
