Please someone contact me via email. I have spoken with a rep on Wed. October 27. When I told the agent I wanted to cancel she hung up. I am going to say by accident? I have called three times. The first time I held for and hour and 17 minutes. and hung up. Last night after work I tried again. I hung up after 20 minutes. Tonite, I have been on hold for one hour and 14 minutes and ticking.
Please, please refund to my original payment method. I am so done now.
