I am unable to print internet pages - only blank page prints

I installed Norton 360 yesterday and now I am unable to print internet pages.  I have to do a screen capture and paste into Word then print.  This is very time consuming since I print at least 15 x's a day from the internet for quotations on componants from various vendors. 

 

PLEASE HELP
