I am unable to sign in on wireless laptop and iphone 4 after installation

I installed the Norton 360 version 4.00 (Sam's Wholesale Club) on my desktop computer.  I am now unable to access any wireless laptop or smart phone.  None of my passwords seem to work.  Any suggestions? Thanks, Randy
