I am unning both Norton 360 and Malwarebytes on same PC. Can I remove Malwarebytes and still be protected against malware?

I am running both Norton 360 and Malwarebytes on the same PC. Can I remove Malwarebytes and still be protected against malware? I am wondering if I am wasting my money by paying for two products that do the same function. I am running fully patched Windows 10
Can anyone give me some sound advice?

Keep Malwarebytes for the scanning and not real time protection. That is free and can supplement the real time protection and scanning of Norton Antivirus.

And many people don't even like paying for one antivirus never mind paying for two.
