In the page after installing Norton 360 ios, when tapping’start trial’,it says I already subscribed, then what should I do next?
When I tap’redeem a subscription’then tap’restore from app store’,nothing really happen.
When I tap’redeem a subscription’then tap’sign in with Norton account’,then sign in my Norton account’,it says I don’t own a subscription.
I have not purchased any apps directly from Apple. But my understanding is that you just need to install the app from the Apple App Store app and do not tap on starting any trial. Look for I already have a subscription and see what options are offered.
From app store
Did you purchase Norton 360 for iOS directly from Norton or did you purchase from the App Store?
Lets ask @peterweb
In the ios video from your link, after he sign in Norton account, the account is with a license, but after I signed in,I only get a word’no license availiable’. So ,why the license in ios app store not giving to my account signed in?
During the installation of Norton 360 for iOS, look for "I already have a subscription" or "Sign In" link and tap on that. Doing that will take you to your Norton Account and activate the mobile app using your existing subscription. (credit peterweb)
