I can no longer unlock the password vault via mobile app

I have an active membership to Norton Security 360 Deluxe.

Up until yesterday, I could unlock my password vault via facial recognition on my iPhone. But since this morning, I no longer receive the Unlock pompts on my mobile app; even when I get the pop-up message in chrome to resend the prompt to my mobile and click resend, nothing happens. So I can only unlock the vault via Password.

I have tried restarting both my laptop and my iPhone, but problem remains.
Even after removing and reinstallting the PW Manager on iPhone, the problem remains.
But I seem to be getting the older “unlock requests” one after the other. Like there is a 50 minute delay on them.

How can I solve this issue?

Update: after more than 2 hours, the unlocking requests at my iPhone are arriving within a few moments, as they shlould. However, when I click “Accept”, the Norton plug-in of Chrome says that the request couldn’t be send to the device, and I still need to unlock with password.

there are a few ways to fix it way 1 remove app on phone and sync phone in browser again it may fix the problem 2 remove everything from browser to mobile to sync with phone it works normal too

As globus5000 noted, if you reinstall the Norton Password Manager app on the iPhone, you need to set up the Passwordless Unlock again. Each installation has a different serial number and it is that, not the phone number that is used to connect for the Passwordless Unlock.
