I can not install the evaluation version

Hello, Firts of all sorry for my english :P

I've just got a evaluation version of Norton Internet Security 2009 and when I go to install the installation shows me that error:

A problem has ocurred that needs yout attention:

 

This problem is not compatible with this computers current operatting system. For more information, click the following  URL:

I've done the step 1 and 2 of that URL but the problem is still there.

 

What can I do next? I'm using Windows XP x64
