I Can not turn on Norton Secure VPN

I can not turn on Norton 360 VPN. I have downloaded it. When I click Turn on, it says, 'your connection is not protected. Secure VPN has experienced a connection failure. Please try again later.' I have tried it for 2 months and each time I try it, it says the same thing. So, try again later will never be the solution. Help.

 

do you have any third party apps running .i was having same trouble with the VPN but  when i disabled an app called Networx it worked . check what other apps are running and disable them one at a time and keep trying to launch the VPN after each one is disabled .good luck

Easiest fix is to call Norton tech.
