I have an endless loop when I try and contact a “Chat” agent at Norton concerning my subscription. I request to be connected an agent by clicking on the “Chat now” request. I am then returned to the screen I started with and can then go through the procedure again, and again, and again …!
How can I speak to a chat agent?
When you are able to enter information into a chat dialog, enter Agent Please. That should get you connected to a human.
I do not get a dialogue “Agent Please” in any of my attempts to navigate through the dialogue boxes. I reach a page headed “Please complete this form to connect to an agent”. When I complete entering the information requested and click on “Chat now” it takes me back to the previous “Contact Norton Support” page. I am then in an endless loop of these pages being displayed! What am I doing wrong? All I want to do on the chat to a support agent.
