@0wldbartle57 Is your Windows 11 install running is S mode and/or, is your processor ARM architecture? In either case you will need to download the Norton app from the Microsoft Store and install it.

Le téléchargement fonctionne à nouveau pour moi ce matin. Vous pouvez refaire l’essai.
I had used the kaspersky removal tool previous to my Norton install strangely it had not removed everything so I manually removed the vestiges of the install and I finally got set up thank you all for your replies:)
