I cannot find any option to enter a new product key

Despite following Nortons instructions and others found on this forum i cannot find any option that allows me to renew my subscription by entering a new product key

You can do it i just has to remember where. It is
You can just buy a year more login and out of the system and it can see it there is other ways but that is one way but normal it auto can see it els login and out

Yeah, it’s weirdly hidden. I had to uninstall and reinstall, then during setup it finally let me enter the key. Super annoying.

I am having the same problem. I just am not getting the option where I’m told I should. I have searched “product key” on My Norton and it returns no results. The only renewal option I am getting is to renew directly which would mean paying again. Will I have to let it expire first I wonder? I’m nervous about uninstalling as don’t want to be unprotected.

I waited I did not loose protection and after it had expired I had an option that had not appeared before of entering my product key. Frustrating but sorted.

i just actually looked its not where it use to be in the about folder option
think the best solution is to use the rnr tool and than start the setup for new product key and let the old one just expire

Voici comment saisir une clé de produit dans la version 25.5

  1. Ouvrez l’interface graphique de Norton.
  2. Cliquez sur votre nom situé en haut
  3. Avec votre souris faites défiler vers le bas
  4. Vous devez voir la ligne “numéro de série”
  5. Placez votre souris sur la ligne “numéro de série” pour faire apparaitre le bouton “saisir une clé” et cliquez dessus
  6. Dans la fenêtre qui s’ouvre, saisissez votre clé produit et cliquez sur “Suivant”
