I cannot log into Norton Family Web

Every time I pull up the page

https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs

 

And click Login at the top, or the button in the middle of the page...neither button works.

 

I've tried on Chrome, FF and IE.

I've tried on 2 different computers. (one with NF installed, the other without)

 

It's been nearly 2 weeks.

That worked. Should I just bookmark that site?

 

Any idea why the homepage won't work?

I tried that -- even clearing my cache before trying the new link -- and I still can't log in.

I either want to get it working or be able to remove the program as it has locked one of my kids access

I can't log in either - tried on multiple computers and it's not letting me.  The error message is the same as reported above, and then it sends me back to the home screen, which blinks, and blinks and blinks.  Same on both Mac and PC.

 

HELP!
