I cannot make my bill payments and new subscription payments

Note: Hello. I want to purchase other memberships, especially mail spam protection, within the Norton windows 11 application, but I cannot make any purchases within the application and on the website. I need to upgrade my existing memberships and purchase multiple add-ons in general. I need help with this.

What error messages do you get when you try to make a purchase?

If you are using a VPN when trying to make these purchases, try disabling that while on the Norton sites. It seems Norton blocks VPN access, even from their own VPN.

I am not using any vpn and it is not turned on. I would like to buy security and driver updates and a few more plugins for mail spam.

What country are you in? Are the products you want listed when you visit the Norton Website

You should contact Norton Support and see if they can help. Contact Norton™Support - Norton Phone Number, and Chat Support . If using the chat option, as soon as you can enter information enter “agent please” to get connected to a human.

I live in Turkey and when I try to buy “norton safe mail” in the norton 360 application that is installed in my windows 11 device, although all my payment information is correct, I cannot save it, it just gets stuck on the same page. I am also unable to install “norton safe mail” on the Norton website. In general, I am having problems purchasing add-ons.

Looking at the Turkey Norton website, I don’t see the Safe Mail feature available. So it is possible that it is not available there.
