Hello, i recently realised my Norton wasnt running on startup, and when searching (with the tool and manual) i found the Symantec folder with subfolders for Norton Antivirus, but they were completely empty. I cannot find it anywhere. My friends have been telling me I might have a rootkit, so i decided to post here for some help.
I am currently running RootRepeal and will post a log file when its done.
I have run Malwarebytes and Rogers online protection and have not come up with any viruses or malware, as well as Windows Defender.
I run Windows XP home edition SP3 32bit.
This recently happened after updating rogers online protection if its any help.
