Since about 8/13/20, I have been unable to start the VPN application. I can click on the icon, and the application window will appear. It indicates that the application is OFF. I can click on that little button in the lower right corner of the window, but nothing happens. No matter how many times I shutdown the computer, and restart, I cannot get VPN to turn on.
I am operating with WIndows 10, on a Microsoft Surface Pro 2.
Hello KWAK. What is the OS version AND build on your Surface Pro 2, Windows 10 Pro? Also what Norton product do you have installed, what is its version? First thing to look at is fast startup. If that is enabled please disable it and reboot the device. Here is how to do that. Try to start the VPN.
Just to clarify, your screenshot APPEARS to show a stand alone install of the Norton VPN ?
