I cannot view PDFs in the preview pane of windows 11 file explorer

Issue abstract: File Explorer Preview Pane

Detailed description: When trying to view some PDF files in the Preview Pane of my Windows 11 File Explorer I’m getting this error: “The file you are attempting to preview could harm your computer. If you trust the file and the source you received it from, open it to view its contents.” But I really rely on being able to “preview” the files in that window and I’m wondering if Norton is somehow causing this?

OS details:64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Related to Microsoft? Are you running Windows 11 25H2? I see the same on my Windows 10 and 11 machines. Nothing about Norton is the cause.
