I can't activate my NIS Netbook renewal, and I can't access phone or email support, as the Netbook product is not even listed in the dropdown list and therefore rejects my submission for assistance. And the chat function also did not help. Since I renewed and paid 4 days ago, I am getting reminders to renew (NOT ACTIVATE) the product. and that I am unprotected. I am getting no activation screens, and on my product account page it shows my purchase, product and serial #, but it only says "buy a key" NOT "activate a key" Can someone please help!
