I cant Activate my subscription

HI,

I bought my subscription in New Zealand, but I am travelling frequently and now I cant activate it in Switzerland on a new device.

I tried to change my location to Switzerland in the Account but still no luck.

(Generally pretty unhappy that there is no chat bot on anyone I can contact even though I am apaying customer)

Norton uses geographic locks for its products. Your only hope is to contact Norton Support and request that they exchange your current product key for one that is not geo locked. Explain your frequent travel needs.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
