I have just renewed my subscription for NIS 2011. I do not want Automatic Renewal and I am invited to opt out in My Account page. I have gone to My Account and according to the Help there should be an "Automatic Renewal" box to uncheck. THERE ISN'T. So can someone tell me where this Automatic Renewal box is please? One thing is for sure I do not want to automatically renew my sub!

I had an online chat with support today, they were very helpful. Apparently I opted out of Automatic Renewal at a previous renewal and therefore the option does not appear in My Account anymore. If someone wanted to opt in having opted out they would have to contact support but as I can't imagine ever wanting to go for automatic renewal that would not concern me. All this is not very clear on the renewal page or in help.
