I can't download antivirus 2012 for Mac which I purchased

Hi, I have a problem with Norton antivirus 2012 for Mac, I have already purchased it, but can't download it, the page says ERROR 404 FILE NOT FOUND. I tried several times from my Norton account without any results. Can anybody help me?

I use Mac OS X 10.6.8

I'm from Azerbaijan (is this product available for my country?)

I purchased Norton AntiVirus 12 for Mac for my MacBook Pro. Thanks for replying. I hope you will help me.

Hi Mammad

      As soon as you click Download in your Norton Account you're getting the error msg?

Norton Antivirus 11 is the version supported in the 10.6 version of the MAC, Eventhough you had purchased the 12 version you can install the NAV11 and activate it.
