Norton tells me that I can add several devices (up to 5) against my subscription. It says it supports iPhones. I followed the instructions to send a link to my email address, opened that email on my iPhone. I clicked the link to set it up and received the following message 'Device not supported - Norton 360 does not run on this iOS operating system'.
Seems a bit strange to say you can and then when you try, it says it doesn't support.
Does anyone understand why this is happening? I am running iOS 11.0.3.
Could you please confirm what operating system you use on your home computer as well as your Norton product and version number. If you are using N360 on a Windows PC then Help | General Information | About should show that you have the current v22.11.0.41.
Unless you purchased Norton 360 Multi-Device, most older Norton AV / Norton IS / Norton 360 licenses only allow installation on Windows PC computers. The newer line of Norton Security products (e.g., Norton Security Standard / Deluxe / Premium) are multi-device and allow installation on Android, iOS, Mac OS X and Windows PCs.
