I can't find Vpn feauture on Norton App

Hi,

I am unable to find the VPN feature anywhere. I reinstalled the app twice, but it does not appear. I am using Windows 11 Home 25H. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

@Emreh_Dogan Are you using the app from the Microsoft Store for devices with ARM CPU’s or running Windows in S mode? Or, using the normal installation of Norton 360? If you are using the latter look in the main UI in Control Panel as shown below. The VPN is located there. Make sure you have ran live updates to get the proper current version.

To add to SoulAsylum’s post. If you got your version of Norton 360 as a security package offering from your ISP, it may not contain the VPN feature. We have seen this in the past.

How do you fix that? On mine it said the vpn was available with it.
