I uploaded the verification html files into each sites' root directory but it keeps saying, 'verification is failed'

It would be something like this: http://www,ilchi,com/nortonsw_1234....   (commas inserted to prevent false link)

 

Also, you should be aware that brainwavevibration has been rated Unsafe due to threats:
