I can't run scan's (AGAIN)

I've lost count the amount of times I have had a red at risk on my Norton Internet Security because I have not scanned in a while.  And each time I have had to waste my time fixing this by downloading and installing a repair and reinstall BS software from Norton.

 

When I click Fix Now I get “fix is not complete”.  Why is that?  And why isn’t there a solution rather than just telling me it’s not completed?  When I click Get Support, it does a check then comes up with “we are unable to detect and fix many problems.....” blah, blah, blah.

 

Some of my Norton Internet Security works...the following (that I could find) do not...

  • settings does not work
  • quick scan does not work
  • full scan does not work
  • repair tool does not work

Do not tell me to put several hours of my time aside to fix this.  This should have been a onetime deal, not every F’ing month.

 

I'm tired of this.
