I can't see my Norton 360

I bought a new computer and asked my IT guys to make sure my Norton 360 subscription was transferred.  I don't see it; I am not getting any messages about scans, etc. when I log onto the computer or when I am in my Outlook. When I look at the installed programs, I do not see Norton 360.

At first check whether Norton 360 Icon is there on your desktop.

If you can see the icon, do the following steps.

1) Download and run Norton Removal Tool : www.symantec.com/nrt
2) Restart your computer.
3) Log in to your Norton Account using your email and password. : www.mynortonaccount.com 
4) Click on Download button and install the Norton 360 program.
5) Activate your installed Norton program.
6) Run the Live Update and restart your computer.

If you cannot see the icon, Try this

1) Log in to your Norton Account using your email and password. : www.mynortonaccount.com 
2) Click on Download button and install the Norton 360 program.
3) Activate your installed Norton program.
4) Run the Live Update and restart your computer.
